We are "Create", a group of 9th graders from Israel. We study at “Hakfar Hayarok” a school that participates in the Young Entrepreneurs program.

Our vision
  • We want to reduce the number of traffic accidents that occur from distraction by using your phone while driving.

  • Reduce injuries to people and damage to property and overall expenses from traffic accidents.

  • Encourage innovation amongst teens and children.

The company’s structure

The company is divided into 36 shareholders: 3 business instructors, 2 college students and 31 9th graders. Our experienced business instructors guide the group throughout the entire project. Our college students help make the dream become a reality.

We, the 9th graders are divided to into a few departments and the head of each department is one student that is the vice president of his/her department. The CEO of the company is also one of the students, a 9th grader.

The process we have been through

When we originally thought of which product we wanted to make, we decided that we wanted to solve an essential need and help as many people as possible in their everyday lives. In the thinking process, we came up with more than 100 ideas for products that help in different areas of life such as cleaning and hygiene, sport and traveling. As time passed and after a lot of research, we decided to include technology in our product and the idea of reducing radiation from phones through different ways came to life.

As we continued the research, we discovered that there is a bigger problem that we can solve and that is the usage of mobile phones while driving. We changed the focus of our product to reducing distractions while driving. Our technical department thought of a technological solution. After that we tried to simplify the product as much as we could and make it easier to use.

Finally, NO-tify was born as an easy solution to a big problem

The JA program

The JA - YE israel is an organization that prepares teens for their future, through learning financial literacy, how to work hard and entrepreneurship. They run a program of creating a company in one year with the help of guiders, directors and volunteers from the business community. This program allows the expansion of many areas of knowledge through preparing a business plan, raising finances, planning schedules and marketing a product to a defined audience.

Every year the newly born companies take part in competitions around the country and at the end, the winner of the country’s final competition participates in the European competition.
